The service

Vendraq is an online workspace for recording resale inventory, sales, costs and performance. It is an organisational tool only. It does not provide tax, accounting, investment or legal advice, and does not guarantee a sale, profit or resale value.

Your account and data

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your login details confidential. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another account, or interfere with the service.

Subscription and cancellation

Vendraq memberships are £5 per month or £50 per year. Both plans begin with a seven-day trial and require a payment card at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan renews automatically. You can cancel future recurring payments through the customer billing portal at any time. Charges already paid are not normally refunded except where required by law.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Vendraq available and secure, but online services may occasionally be unavailable. Keep copies of important records. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Vendraq is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, missed resale opportunities or decisions made using the service.

We may update the service and these terms. Where a material change affects paying customers, we will give reasonable notice. Contact us using the details above with questions.
