What we collect

We collect account information such as your email address and authentication data; business information you enter, including items, costs, sales and platforms; essential technical information; and payment or subscription status from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use your information to provide your private Vendraq account, calculate your dashboard, respond to support requests, administer subscriptions, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or resale data.

Our service providers

We use Stripe for payments and Supabase for the database and account system. They process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and business records while your account is active, subject to records we must retain by law. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, and to complain to the ICO. Contact us using the details above.
